Home Decor
Laurilea’s has a wide variety of home decor for all your decorating needs like seasonal, plants, candles, farmhouse furniture and signs. Leah and Laurie provide customized gift giving ideas and can also help customers with those tough decisions like paint colors!. We sell Bungalow 47 chalk paint and use it to paint all our in shop furniture.

Custom Work
Laurilea’s is well known for our custom furniture painting. Basically this is where we began our journey as a small business. We take tired furniture pieces and give them a facelift. Laurilea’s will paint the customer’s piece or the customer can purchase a piece at the shop and have it painted to fit their needs and taste. We also do local pickup and delivery for a small fee.
Our Company
We are a mother-daughter team who love junking, repurposing and running a small business. We love our shop on the corner and hope you do too.
Our small business has certainly grown over the years thanks to our loyal customers. One thing that hasn’t changed is our goal to provide excellent service to our customers. We listen to our customers and try hard to provide and expand our services to meet their needs. While we started our small business just painting and repurposing furniture, we have added other services like cabinet painting, home staging and expanded our shop to include more seasonal items, home decor, signs, plants and more. Laurilea’s does a monthly makeover the 2nd weekend of every month. The makeover keeps the shop looking fresh and gives us the opportunity to showcase new pieces and products. As Laurilea’s continues to grow and expand we will always be a family run business known as the “little shop on the corner”.

Leah Johnson
Owner
Lover of junk and diy projects both at the shop and at her own home. Married to Matt (our “go to” for all the heavy lifting and whatever else we ask him to do”), along with 3 kids, Colton, Grason and Maddyn who also help out at the shop, it really is a family affair. Leah has grown the business with her vision and hard work. Like everyone she finds a way everyday to juggle her crazy family schedule and business schedule. She laughs at herself all the time which also adds to her success. Her life escapades would make an amazing book…maybe someday!

Laurie McConville
Owner
After spending her entire career in healthcare and doing small projects on the side for a rented booth on her hometown, she always dreamed of owning her own shop. Married to Paul, she has two kids, Leah and Mark and two step kids, Erin and Drew. She has been blessed in many ways in her life but no blessings as great as her 7 grandkids. Finally retired, she is lucky to be able collaborate with her daughter at the shop. Both love junk and while their tastes are different(yep real different) they always find a way to bring out the best in each other.
